MERCY EDUCATION
Since the founding of the community in Dublin, Ireland, the Sisters of Mercy have been involved in education. Over the many years that we have been in the United States we continue this ministry of Catherine McAuley.
The Sisters have opened many institutions according to the needs of the times and the place. We have had orphanages, elementary schools, high schools, colleges, vocational schools and been involved in other educational ventures where we were asked to help.
